Neolithic instruments Lithophone is a two octave Kontakt instrument making use of individual samples recorded from a rare and unique sounding physical lithophone. The bright, percussive tones of the high quality samples taken from the limestone bars will be a welcome addition to the toolkit of any producer looking for distinctive, organic sounds to compliment their library.

The physical instrument that was sampled for this VST Sample Library was built by instrument maker Bobbie Millar in 2018. It is housed at Horton-in-Ribblesdale railway station in North Yorkshire, UK.
